Combined Drawing Machines​

Combined Drawing Machine​ is a highly efficient automated equipment that integrates multiple metal processing procedures (including pointing, drawing, straightening, cutting, polishing). It is primarily used to produce rods, tubes, and profiles (such as hexagonal and square shapes) using coiled wire as raw material. Compared to traditional chain-type drawing machines, it significantly improves product precision and production efficiency while reducing manufacturing costs.

 
Double-Chain Continuous Drawing Machines​

The double-chain continuous drawing machine is a highly efficient metal processing equipment primarily used for cold-forming tubes, rods, and profiles. Its key feature is the ​dual-chain transmission system, which drives the drawing carriage to achieve continuous and stable drawing operations. Compared to single-chain drawing machines, the dual-chain structure significantly improves drawing precision, production efficiency, and equipment stability. It can also realize wire to bar and bar to bar drawing on same line.

Two-Roller Straightening Machines

The two-roller straightening machine is a precision equipment designed based on the ​equal curvature reverse bending straightening theory, primarily used for straightening and surface treatment of metal rods and tubes (including hollow pipes). Its core principle utilizes the ​rotary reverse bending action of a pair of convex-concave rollers​ (upper concave roller and lower convex roller) to eliminate internal stresses in the material through multiple plastic deformations, ultimately achieving high-precision straightening results (straightness up to 0.1-0.5 mm/m).

Automatic Chamfering Machines​

The automatic double-end chamfering machine is a highly efficient and precise metal processing equipment, specifically designed for synchronous chamfering on both ends of pipes, rods, and shaft components. Featuring a dual-station machining mode, it can simultaneously perform chamfering, deburring, and edge rounding operations on both ends of workpieces, significantly improving production efficiency—making it ideal for batch processing requirements. Widely used after drawing process.
